High Speed Rinsers
Specifications
- Quick changeovers between products. The handwheel adjustment allows the rinser to be adjusted for different products with a minimum of lost time.
- Quick adjustment on spray header height. When bottle size changes are done, the nozzles can be repositioned for optimum rinse action.
- Standard water saving shutoff when bottles are not present, but the line is still running.
- Stainless steel access doors allow for quick access to the inside of the machine, while keeping water overspray inside. They also act as a safety feature as hands cannot accidentally get into the gripper chains.
- Bevco’s own design of grippers supply a soft, gentle grip for most standard containers.
- Polyamide housed bearings eliminate the rust problem with standard bearings in a wet environment.
- Grease lines for working bearings are run to central headers, with the grease fittings labeled for easy maintenance.
- PLC control allows for easy speed adjustments between products.
- Positive emergency discharge jam switch stops the machine before damage can be done if the outfeed jams.
- Pressure switch will automatically stop the unit if rinse medium is not present. You can avoid running a large number of bottles through when you forget to turn on the water at the start of a shift.
- PLC control allows for easy speed adjustments between products.

- Larger elevation changes are available by utilizing a third set of turn wheels, with a vertical section on the unit.
- Two speed function will reduce start/stop of the unit on backup and allows a steadier stream of bottles to the filler.
- Plastic regulator, stainless steel solenoid valve, and stainless steel lube lines for use with corrosive chemical additives.
- Direct speed link to filler to reduce speed changes for product changeover.
- Spray enclosure curtains.
- Automatic lubrication systems available.
- Vacuum manifold for air rinsers.
- Shockless ionized air nozzles with power supply for air rinsers.
