Features

Bevco's Tabletop Conveyor is designed to move bottles, cans, and packages along a processing line with maximum efficiency and minimum pressure. Different types of conveyors can be customized to run multiple products as required. The basic types of conveyor include:

  • Standard open Tabletop Conveyor, using tabletop chains in plastic or stainless steel.
  • Mattop Conveyor, with belts in varying widths.
  • Curve Mattop Conveyor.
  • Nosebar style Mattop Conveyor.
  • Safety - hinged drive & idler covers / cautionary guards.

Specifications

Frame Construction

  • 11 Gauge 304-#4 stainless steel. 6" Deep angle frames with open top. Frames are slotted to facilitate fast removal of sprockets, bearings, etc.
  • Or Sanitary construction. Inverted u-frame with closed top.
  • Hinged top covers at drive and idler ends.
  • Catenary covers at drive ends.

Chain Returns

  • 1 1/2" P.V.C. schedule 40 pipe (1.9" O.D.) with Delrin bushings running on 5/8" diameter stainless steel shafts.
  • Or Serpentine style return consists of 1/2"x3/4" UHMW strips on edge supported at 2' – 0" centers with stainless steel channel cross members.

Motor Base

  • Stainless steel motor base with leveling screws and oil drip pan. Mounting is either overhead or underslung.
  • Or Stainless steel torque arm mounting bracket (for shaft drives only).

Drive Sprockets, Chains & Guards

  • When motor base is used, a minimum RC 60 drive chain is used with 60B sprockets.
  • Stainless steel chain guards are two piece.

TableTop Drive Sprockets

  • Rexnord split thermoplastic sprockets.

Drive Shafts

  • Stainless steel shafting, keyed full length and mounted on bearings. Shaft diameter to suit application and HP requirements.

Idler Shafts

  • Stainless steel shafting, fixed position.
  • Idler shafts on bearings.

Wearstrip

  • 1/4" UHMW polyethylene Hifax equivalent fastened to frame bed.
  • UHMW cross grain material utilized in curves.

Guide Rails

  • Valu-Guide guiderails, (modified profile) with stainless steel stud clips to bolt to brackets.
  • Or 3/4" Stainless steel half-round with UHMW clip-on wearstrip.

Guide Rail Brackets

  • Bevco 2-piece plastic adjustable brackets. (24" O.C.).
  • Or Valu-guide VG220 brackets. (24" O.C.).
  • Valu-guide 2-piece stainless steel adjustable (24" O.C.)

Supports

  • 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 13/20" stainless steel square tube with adjustable screwpad base (+/- 2").
  • Or 2" x 2" stainless steel square table with adjustable screwpad base (+/- 2").

Curves

  • 11 gauge 304 - #4 finish stainless steel frames tied together with stainless steel spacers, which support UHMW wearstrips for tab or flex style chain. Chain returns are UHMW. Radius and degree of curve to suit layout.

Table Top Idler Sprockets

  • Idler wheels on fixed shafts.
  • Rexnord split thermoplastic sprockets.
